With a genuine passion for people, and a gift for understanding organizational needs, Chelsea is dedicated to applying her expertise with founders, executives and HR professionals to help them reach their full potential.
Chelsea lives in Austin with her husband and two daughters. On the weekends you can find her enjoying all the adventure Austin has to offer or on the sidelines as a dedicated Sports Mom.

Alyssa brings more than a decade of experience partnering with organizations to strengthen HR practices, build exceptional teams, and support organizational change. Her experience spans nonprofit, corporate, arts and culture organizations, and AEC firms, enabling her to quickly understand each client's unique culture, challenges, and goals.
At the core of Alyssa's work is connecting businesses with exceptional talent and solving complex workplace challenges. Whether she's leading a search, strengthening HR programs, or developing teams where people can thrive, Alyssa brings curiosity, thoughtful judgment, and a practical approach to every engagement.
Originally from California, Alyssa now calls Austin home. Outside of work, you'll usually find her exploring museums, playing pickleball, or spending time with her cats and dogs.

Shea serves as the Director of HR Strategy at CW Talent Strategies, bringing nearly a decade of experience scaling startups and high-growth organizations across industries including education, athletics, fintech, logistics, and proptech.
From Head of People to Global L&D, Shea has built and led people strategies across the full HR lifecycle. She is passionate about creating high-performance cultures and building thoughtful systems that align business goals with employee experience.
Shea is based in Austin, Texas, where she’s mastering the art of family life, breakfast tacos, and staying cool during triple-digit summers.

Emery Saenz is a PHR-certified HR professional who believes great HR operations and great employee experience should reinforce each other, not compete.
She brings hands-on experience across benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and full-cycle onboarding for teams of 400+, having worked in fast-paced, high-volume environments where she's known for keeping operations compliant and audit-ready without losing sight of the people behind the process.
Emery lives in Austin, where you can usually find her scoping out a new restaurant, posted up at a coffee shop, or just wandering the city on foot.
