Chelsea holds more than a decade of experience as a Chief People Officer leading companies through impressive hyper-growth journeys, massive fundraising rounds and changes in business cycles.
With a genuine passion for people, and a gift for understanding organizational needs, Chelsea is dedicated to applying her expertise with founders, executives and HR professionals to help them reach their full potential.
Chelsea lives in Austin with her husband and two daughters. On the weekends you can find her enjoying all the adventure Austin has to offer or on the sidelines as a dedicated Sports Mom.

Shea serves as the Director of HR Strategy at CW Talent Strategies, bringing nearly a decade of experience scaling startups and high-growth organizations across industries including education, athletics, fintech, logistics, and proptech.
From Head of People to Global L&D, Shea has built and led people strategies across the full HR lifecycle. She is passionate about creating high-performance cultures and building thoughtful systems that align business goals with employee experience.
Shea is based in Austin, Texas, where she’s mastering the art of family life, breakfast tacos, and staying cool during triple-digit summers.
